Original-Tasting-Notes:
Demerara Distillers Ltd. has created this unique expression. in 2010 Rum Marques of the Diamond Continuous Coffey Still and the Port Mourant Wooden Double Pot Still selected. The Marques SV and PM are blended into the vessel immediately after distillation. After this, this rum matured for 9 years in ex-bourbon barrels under tropical conditions in Guyana, resulting in an actual taste bomb.


Tasting notes:
Color: Deep gold, amber
Nose: Dark chocolate, licorice, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg.
Taste: Vanilla, molasses, nutmeg and cloves. Nice bitterness of the wood.
