Original-Tasting-Notes (Cognac Bache-Gabrielsen):
This X.O is a cognac with a great smoothness, fruit of the harmonious blend of eaux-de-vie aged an average of approx. 25 years in oak barrels. The scents of jasmine and iris perfectly match the fruity flavours of banana and plum as well as notes of toasted hazelnuts, candied fruits, almond and mocha. On the palate, the cognac is still lively despite its age and reveals the famous and delicate rancio notes.
