"Often regarded as the grape variety for ageing of choice, this is a pure baco Armagnac, without any artifice, just as it was fresh from the still. In this intense nose, we perceive aromas both fruity (mirabelle plum, white peach and fresh grapes) and herbaceous (fennel, mint). A very pleasant nose. On the palate, this Blanche d’Armagnac is smoother, with a very dry profile. Very intense, this Armagnac offers a palate with a lot  of volume. Spicy notes of chili peppers and pepper prolong the pleasure. Ideal for cocktails in a Margarita or mojito style, in association with vegetal aromatic profiles."
